Q  If I have questions who do I call?

A Call the branch and ask to speak to one of personal bankers, 678-679-2580. They can answer all of your questions. You can also always use our telephone banking for after hours or weekend questions by calling 1-866-206-3976.

Q What banking products do we offer?

A Community Business Bank offers a wide range of personal and commercial banking products including Checking, Money Markets, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, IRAs, and Health Savings Accounts. If you have specific questions about our types of accounts, please contact a personal banker at 678-679-2580. Also, if you have questions regarding a loan, please contact one of our wonderful credit officers at the number listed above.

Q  Does Community Business Bank offer remote deposit capture or mobile banking?

A CBB does offer remote deposit captures services. To see if you are eligible, or if you have questions about how remote capture works, please contact a personal banker at 678-679-2580. Mobile banking is not offered at this time.

Q Where are we located?

A Community Business Bank is located at 407 East Maple Street, Ste 105 Cumming, GA 30040, right off the square of downtown Cumming.

Q Do we have plans for a new building?

A We do own a lot that is located within minutes of our current location. Plans are in the works for a new building.

Q Do we have ATMS?

A We do not have our own ATMS, but this does give our customers the convenience of using ATMS (up to 15 times a month) worldwide without any fees.

Q How long have we been open?

A We first opened our doors January 2008.

Q What are your hours?

A We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
